BEGINNING 

It is proposed as an EDUCATIONAL METHOD MAINLY THE PREVENTIVE METHOD that uses encouragement and persuasion; as means of comprehensive training which requires knowledge, attention and help, from the individuality of each student, respecting their freedom.

PERSON-BASED EDUCATION

IT DEMANDS DIVERSITY IN THE TREATMENT OF EACH TEACHER, through a continuous and gradual process of observation and accompaniment, which implies an individual knowledge of the background, context where they have lived, qualities, aptitudes and temperament of the students.

EDUCATION IN FAITH

It is based on RELIGIOUS AND MORAL EDUCATION THAT STRENGTHENS FORMATION IN FAITH, through living the Word of God, the sacraments and the practice of Christian values. Marian and Francis-Amigonians, thus promoting a continuous change of attitudes that is reflected in coexistence, in love and respect for the other.

 

EDUCATION IN LOVE

To achieve this, adopt the GOOD SHEPHERD ATTITUDE that accompanies without paternalism the integral growth of people, providing trust, forgiveness and increasing interpersonal relationships.

PROGRESSIVE EDUCATION IN FREEDOM.

HELPING THE PROGRESSIVE CONQUEST OF FREEDOM, cultivating and invigorating creativity and criticality, respecting the growth rate of each person and assigning responsibility for participation.

DIALOGUE EDUCATION

It establishes between the educator and the student a close family contact, from which the cordiality and trust essential in the formation of freedom spring. (Ibid. Pagó.53-58 and 82).

SHARED INTEGRAL EDUCATION

ALL ESTATES OF THE EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY. THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE, since they consider as educators all the people who work in the institution and especially the family, making it aware of its mission and the reciprocal duties of each one of its members and of the virtues that make it the main nucleus of society (cf. The Father speaks.” N'492).

EDUCATION IN CREATIVITY AND VALUES

Particularly education in the value of love that highlights and gives the true stamp of authenticity to other values such as autonomy, strength, simplicity, respect for the dignity of people. responsibility, honesty, harmony, peace, solidarity and respect for nature.
